Amy believes in the triumph of the spirit, even after her own experiences of divorce and chronic health issues, like undiagnosed, subclinical hypothyroidism, debilitating hormonal imbalances, severe hypoglycemia and undiagnosed prediabetes.
Through all of these challenges, Amy continued to dance, to move, to eat nourishing foods and focus on emotional health. They became her lifeline and her foundation.
